Get to know me:
Hi, I’m Elizabeth – but you can call me Libby. I’m passionate about walking alongside teens and young adults as they navigate their mental health journey. With a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Counselling, I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum (ASD), alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, trauma, and relational challenges—whether that’s in their relationship with themselves, others, or the world around them.
What drives my practice is more than just academic training—it's personal. As someone who has struggled with my own mental health, worked through complex trauma, and continues to understand and embrace my ADHD brain, I bring lived experience to my work. This deepens my empathy and helps me create a space that’s truly compassionate, authentic, and non-judgmental.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to support and guide you as you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We’ll work collaboratively and at your pace, gently exploring the areas of your life that need attention, healing, or growth.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative—drawing on a range of evidence-based theories and modalities to tailor support to your unique needs, personality, and goals.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply seeking clarity, I’m here to help you build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence—so you can move through life with greater ease and self-understanding.
